The 2nd largest city of Azerbaijan #Ganja right now after missile strikes to the civilian settlements and infrastructure. Tonight along with Ganja, several other cities such as #Mingachevir and #Barda have been shelled!
Yesterday, after 11 hours of tough negotiations in Moscow between foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia mediated by Sergey Lavrov, Azerbaijan agreed to sign a humanitarian ceasefire deal and reaffirmed its commitment to the peace process mediated by the #OSCE Minsk Group.
However, events that ensued the ceasefire showed that #aggressor abuses the goodwill of signing a ceasefire and uses #humanitarian ceasefire to violate #humanitarian law! This ceasefire for the aggressor is nothing but a chance to consolidate power to cover its losses on the battlefield, attempt to reoccupy the liberated territories and target the civilian infrastructure&settlements to cause panic in society.
